Image hover over not showing redirected URL

Hello there… need your help please.

I checked the box to show the redirect URL instead of original URL. After many attempts in trying to troubleshoot, it still shows the original URL. How do I fix this please?

Redirect URL: http://www.binaryoptionseliteclub.com/go/virtnext

This is on an image. What am I missing?
