# Image Hover Effect "Lighten"

 * Hi all,
 * I have 2 questions:
 * 1. In the Virtue Free Theme I tried to build a Portfolio site as in the tutorial.
   There is a Hover effect “Lighten”. Is this a special setting point or a code?
 * 2. How can I add a portfolio site under the main navigation?

 * Hey, could you be a bit more specific? Not quite sure what hover effect lighten
   means. By default the hover effect should be transparent. Are you not seeing 
   this?
    Are you wanting just to add a portfolio tab to your primary menu? If you’ve
   created a portfolio page you can just select it and click add to menu in appearance
   > menus. Hope this is helpful! Hannah

 * thank you very much, I think this helps.
 * The hover effect should be the same
    as in the Portfolio Site. That means, if
   I click on a thumbnail the hoover effect for this image should be transparent.
   Instead of ‘transparent’ I said ‘lighten’. How can I do that?

 * Hey Hannah,
 * no, I try another way.
    If you go to the portfolio page in the Virtue Free Theme
   Demo and hoover over the thumbnails – ( e.g. the upper left – Gallery photography)–
   then the image is more transpartent. This is the effect I want to have.
 * How can I do that? Are these things much easier to manage with the Premium Theme?

 * It should do this by default. Without a link I can’t really tell you why yours
   isn’t.
