# Image Gallery issue

 * Hi,
 * I recently attempted to install an image gallery onto my site, none of which 
   could upload a file. Primarily, the case would be a blank screen (example: MG2).
   In my last attempt, I installed Singapore with a WP-plugin. Now, this worked 
   fine. I could create folders within the plugin directory. BUT. When I tried to
   upload an image, I got a 403 error stating:
 * Forbidden
 * You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/edit.php on this server.
 * I looked, and I still have a CHMOD 755. I can manage to edit my entries, but 
   not upload images.
