    Hi,

    Great plugin! I do have a problem with the uploaded images. They are not clickable to full size. I’ve tried enabling and disabling the lightzoom option in my theme settings for the product page, but this does not help.
    Also, the orientation is wrong. Can I edit the orientation manually?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    1) Can you please share a screenshot of the diagnostics tab from the plugin’s options?

    2) I tried submitting a review with a picture and its orientation was correct. Perhaps, the problem is that customers upload pictures with wrong orientation? I think it should be possible to update orientation if you find the picture in Media Library and edit it there.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

    As you can see, there are 3 errors that indicate that your theme doesn’t enable WooCommerce libraries for zoom, slider and lightbox. So, the plugin doesn’t work properly.

    Will you be able to enable them? Here is documentation from WooCommerce about it: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Enabling-product-gallery-features-(zoom,-swipe,-lightbox)

    Hi,

    Thanks, I’ve added the lightbox to my functions.php and it works perfect now!
    I was also able to rotate the pictures in the media gallery.
