    Need img size for featured image.

    Used this formats, without filling the Featured area:
    1038 × 596
    894 × 372

    Hi,

    I’ve been desperatly looking to find the right size image of my new them Fourteen press for hours…none is working whatever the legnth or the width the theme just cut it and add an ugly grey area.
    I’ve tried 672X372, 894X270? 1038X192, 1240X240? 627X201, minimum width 801…nothing is working !
    My website is bcmarketingfreelance.fr
    I want to adapt the size of the images :
    – on the blog
    – at the top of an article
    – at the top of a page

    Thanks to confirm me the correct size (obviously not one of those I’ve already tried).

    @barbara, Do you see the same issue if you deactivate Fourteenpress and just keep the parent Twenty Fourteen theme active?

    Ok, if I activate the Twenty Fourteen them instead of the FourteenPress them, I don’t have issue with the pictures.
    My question was, what is then the correct size for the fourteen press them so that it works as i’ve got obviously the wrong size for this specific them.
