The only real difference I saw with the beta was that it launched in a popup window instead of opening a new tab, which is nice by the way. I have all plugins disabled except this. I was on WP 3.7.2 and it didn’t work; upgraded to 3.8 and it’s still not working. I know it can probably be frustrating and time consuming to try to figure out what’s going on. So thanks for that 🙂 I’m experiencing a similar problem. When I try to crop a picture for the first time it will work just fine. If I have to go back and fix another option (ie. slider) then the picture is no longer there. I tried enabling the debug option under the settings and clearing the cache but it doesn’t seem to have done anything. Before upgrading the plugin it was perfect. Any chance I can revert back to the previous version?
