Image files must be smaller than 0KB?

Just to note, I am using multisite. Uploads were working just fine before. I had a file that I wanted to upload that was more than 1MB, so I go under network admin>settings and change the maximum upload value to 100mb. I try to upload something and it gives me the error “Image files must be smaller than 0KB”, What!?

I go back to settings and change it back to the original value and I still get this error. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
