Image file name reverting to previous file name when uploading

Hi there,

We have an issue that when we upload a file to the media library it reverts back to the original image file name after the upload is complete.

For example we uploaded the image palmerston-cape-creek-bush-campsite.jpg and after wordpress finishes uploading the file name reverts to renameddcim100mediadji_0106-jpg

Any ideas to why this is happening? We have hundreds of photos to upload hence support with this would really help!
