Image file name displayed instead of the title

    I prototyped WP Flow Plus on my locahost which displayed the title of each image correctly via mediatag.
    When I repeat the same thing on my website, the image file names were displayed instead of the title. This problem makes this plugin not usable for my purpose. Both my locahost and website use the same version of WordPress 4.4.1, WP Flow Plus. Can you help suggest what can I try to resolve this. Thanks.

    What shortcode are you using? If the images are in the Media Library, then the title assigned to the image should be used in the gallery.

    My apology. I made the same mistake as when I was first prototyping on my local host. I confused the caption field with title field in the media library.
    Thank you very much for the fast response. It works nicely now.
