Image fields is repeating twice

Hello,
I’m using the last version of wordpress and budypress and BuddyPress Xprofile Custom Fields Type. It’s on http://www.subcontractingsuisse.chWhen I add an image type field in the profile, if I edit the profile the field is repeating twice. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this problem?
