# Image field: Please enter numeric data

 * I get the error message “Please enter numeric data.” for an Image field in a 
   Field Group when I create/update a custom post type. I hope that this makes sense.

 * No, it does not make sense 😀
 * An image Field should not force you to enter numeric Data.
 * Can you ensure that this field is for sure an Image Field and not a Number Field?
 * Can you share some screenshots of the Custom Field Setting and the error you 
   receive?

 * The error might have something to do with that I originally created that field
   of a Numeric Type and later changed it to Image Type.

 * This can not be from the Image Field.
 * Are you sure you do not have any hidden Field in that Group which is numeric?
