Hi guys, your plugin is so useful but I have a problem with the image in preview: even if I checked the relative box (After text and Single Message enabled), the image doesn’t always appear on my channel. Apparently, this happens without a pattern: I thought it was caused by the image size, but I’m not sure about it. It happens especially when I post a lot on my website (5/6 times in an afternoon), as if it has reached a maximum number of posts with image per day. Any advices for me?

I would suggest to enable both the logs in Advanced Settings and try again. If it happens again, then please share the View log links with our support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport.

I’ve also tried to disable and re-able them, but nothing changed. I’m not sure what View log links stands for, do I have to take a screenshot of the settings of the plugin on WordPress? Sorry for my ignorance, I’m new in this world.

EDIT: Is there a way to add the image by writing a code in the box (maybe with {cf:custom_field}?) instead of checking the relative boxes?

Please check Enable logs for option in Advanced Settings of WP Telegram.

I’ve enable both the two logs and the first post I published showed the image regularly. I let you know if something changes in the next tries. Thank you for now.

No way, the plugin just continues to forget images from time to time, even with both logs enabled. What should I do now?

Please disable Send files by URL option in Advanced Settings. If it still doesn’t work, then please share the logs with our support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport.

With Send Files by URL, it updates images even less frequently. How can I share the logs with your support on Telegram?

In Advanced Settings of the plugin you can find the View log links, send those links to our support.

I think the plugin does not support webp images.

The Support gave me another explanation: it refers to malformed images. They adviced me to save photo with a software like Photoshop or MS Paint and reupload it to the same post, but the problem remained: but, they also told me about images rejected by TG, so this really could be due to webp images. How can I see on WordPress if an image is a webp image?

webp images have .wepb extension instead of .jpg, .png etc.

I don’t have any in the gallery, only jpg and png. Still don’t know what’s the problem😂
