Image displays with main post, but not Single.php

    Hi,

    Firstly, I’ve seen a LOT of posts by people who can’t seem to use the media uploader. I had this problem today, until I went to Adobe, downloaded and installed the latest Flash plugin; then, only when I right-clicked on the wp-content folder and changed the CH-MOD to 777 was I able to upload a photo using the media uploader.

    (Keeping the CHMOD at 777… isn’t that a security risk?)

    Now, to my problem…

    I’ve managed to display images with my main post, but whenever I click on the post’s title to view the Single page (single.php), it returns ‘Not Found’.

    However, this is only a problem with posts containing images. Please, can somebody take a look at my blog to see what I’m doing wrong?

    You seem to be having permalinks problems (index.php appears in your pretty permalinks).

    iridiax, thank you for you reply; I’ve been able to find the solution.

    THE SOLUTION

    If using /%postname% with a custom permalink, they seem to need to have a date structure.

    Previously, I just had index.php/%postname% in the custom field.

    My post worked when I changed it to: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
