Image Disappeared after caption is added

The attached image in the post disappeared in my homepage. After a few tries, apparently when I add in caption in the uploaded image, it won’t show up (The whole image & caption) in the homepage unless I view it in the full post page.

However, if I don’t add in the caption, the picture display fine in the homepage view.

What weird is, I did not experience this previously, as I have a few images uploaded with caption added.

I wonder if you can help me on this?
