Image custom field not shown correctly in media library

    Hi,
    i’ve added a file/image custom field in the registration.
    The user can upload an image but it isn’t show correctly in the media library.
    In wordpress media library it looks like it’s broken and i have to copy the url and reupload it to wordpress to see the image thumbnail correctly.
    I’m using stock wordpress theme.
