    Hi, currently there is no option to do that in the shortcode. However, you can embed your image and make it a lightbox link using plain HTML. For example:

    <a rel="wp-colorbox-iframe" title="click to open" href="http://diagram.vanasten.org/languages/nl/index.html"><img class="alignright" src="http://genealogie.vanasten.org/wp-content/uploads/1985/01/man_trans.png" width="150" height="150" /></a>
