Image buttons not loading in Admin Panel

Hi,
I’ve installed WP on a 2nd domain and the buttons on the control panel don’t load. Every image (including the themes panel) won’t load. I have already installed WP on one domain and subdomain and it works perfectly but it won’t work on this domain. I installed it through hostgator. I’ve uninstalled and installed a thousand times and the problem continues. I’ve searched forums and google and can’t seem to find a solution for this. I’m also a newbie to CSS and php.
Any suggestions?
