Image Brower displaying pictures larger than sized

All my image browser displays are suddenly showing the images to full width of column instead of the smaller sizes I’ve set in the Gallery.

I have them set with a max 400 pixel.

Any idea what happened? They were small enough to see within a standard desktop or laptop monitor.
