    Hello,

    Thank you for the kind words. You are incorrect about the two items that you mentioned, they are not problems, they are simply not features of this plugin at this time.

    There is however a pro version that will have these features that is being tested. See http://www.kylembrown.com/step-by-step for more information and to sign up to be notified when it is avaialble.

    In terms of support, note that this is a free plugin that I produced for the WordPress community and it is maintained as time permits. Responses in less than 24 hours specifically on weekends is not promised or guaranteed.
