[Resolved] Image appearance issues

  • Hello,

I love your plugin! It’s exactly what I need. Most of the others out there are ad managers and don’t allow as much control of what appears.

My issue is simple. I have white line appearing on the top and bottom of the images. I can’t find anything in the stylesheet that might be the culprit. I also tried changing the viewing box size (H & W), but to no avail. If I shrink the size down, the image simply cuts off, but the white lines still appear.

I’m using the default style setting since the other themes settings (light, dark, etc.) don’t work with my site aesthetics.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hi Christoff,

I inspected your slider’s images and detected that your images’ resolutions are 316*273 but your target resolution of yout slider is 320*286 which are bigger than your source images’ both height and width. Plugin would shrink the source image if it was bigger than the target (resizes the source image to desired width*height values) but plugin can not deform the source images to new bigger resolution than its own.

However I need to confirm this situation with you. If I am right about this you should set your slider widget’s width and height settings to 316*273 to solve your issue about white lines above and below your slider images.

By the way, we will update the plugin in coming next few days be sure to update to avoid issues and bugs.

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
    Have a nice day.

I think it’s resolved, let us know if not. Thank you.
