# Image alignment offset

 * On this _[ redundant link removed ]_ there are two images, one above the other.
   I’m editing the Classic Editor. The top image is offset from the left margin 
   but the image below is against the left margin. I’ve edited and set Align for
   both images to None but the offset for the top image remains. When I set Align
   to Left the bottom image jumps to horizontal alignment with the upper. I have
   set a margin padding for either image. What can I do to bring the top image to
   the left margin and keep the images vertically positioned?

 * The first image is inside a `figure` element, which by default has a margin.
   
   The second image is inside a link. I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish,
   but if you go into HTML mode, you can easily remove the `figure` from around 
   the image and it will behave more like the other image.
