Support » Plugin: Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense » Image Ads are not loading

  • Hello, Thomas.

I’m trying to insert new Ads like the ones we already have in our website but when i published them they don’t load.

I’m keeping the same configurations and parameters that we already have in the other image Ads, but it’s not working.

I’m wondering if we could have some problems with the image optimizator os something similar. I’m really confused because as far as i know it’s not so difficult to publish an image Ad if you duplicate a previous one and keep exactly the same configuration.

Also, i have tried to put a rotation % of 100% in the new ads, and nothing happens.

Do you know what might be the problem?

    Thank you!

    Hi eduardosaldana,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please disable the lazyloading of Smush Pro to test if this is causing the problem?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi eduardosaldana,

I haven’t heard back from you.

Did you find the time to test if disabling the lazyloading of Smush Pro makes the ad appearing?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hello, Joan.

I finally managed to upload the Ads without disabling Smush Pro. I am now having problems because it doesn’t register the impressions of the Ads. It’s counting the click but not the impressions of each one.

    Hi eduardo,

Great to hear that the problem with the images is resolved. The new issue is related with the Tracking add-on.

The forums on wordpress.org are only for the plugins that are also hosted here. I want kindly ask you to reach out to our support to find a solution for this issue.

I would appreciate it if you could send a link to this thread as a reference. Also, I would be happy if you can also send the tracking method that you use.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
