Image above post-title – Can someone make a how-to?

    Hi all!

    I am wondering if this is possible, as the topic-title says, to get the image above the post-title instead of inside the post. If so, can anyone make a how-to guide? The theme I use is Atmosphere 2010. A great theme with lots of options!

    I know there is a featured-image option, but that is not what I want to do.
