I’m unable to access my previous admin wordpress dashboard

Hi guys, I have downloaded Access Manager Plugin to manage my users to access perticuler pages only, But there was some configuration done, so i’m unable to see any previous wordpress access now. I have logged in through my admin username and password only.I deleted plugin in server itself but still im unable to access. Kindly help me to fix it.
