    I don’t like this company. They have a little feature where you can test drive the plug-in. When I did the so-called test drive, the AI feature seemed to work really well. The AI feature and MOST OF THE FEATURES ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITh THE FREE VERSION! So when I paid for the upgrade to the pro version and installed it, I spent about an hour and a half trying to get the AI feature to actually generate a form to absolutely no avail. When I went to the website and I started the chat, I realized that the 24/7 chat is only an AI bot and not a live person. It tells you to “submit a ticket,” and somebody will get back to you M-F, 9-5 EST. What about me? I live on the West Coast.
    When you submit a ticket, you get a token email from “Jared Atchison, The cofounder of WPForms.” This is a joke. I really don’t like it when companies have email signatures of administrators who are probably playing golf while you’re trying to get your plug-in to work.
    The bottom line is that I just don’t like being manipulated. That’s exactly what this company does. It’s marketing that’s all done with mirrors! I am not very happy at all with my decision to do business with WP forms!
