I’m SoOoOoOo Lost! Please Help!!!

I downloaded FileZilla so that I can use WordPress but I’m at a very basic level that I don’t understand how to get this thing to work. First of all, on this right below,

// ** MySQL settings ** //
define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘???’); // The name of the database
define(‘DB_USER’, ‘???’); // Your MySQL username
define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, ‘???’); // …and password

am I supposed to put my username and password for WordPress or for my website?

Second, if I am using FileZilla, I can’t seem to get the connection because I’m not putting in the right info. in the site manager window. I’m using BlueHost and thought it would just be ftp://mywebaddress and then use my username and password for BlueHost.

Can anyone help me?
