I'm not getting emails

    Can you explain a bit more? The plugin doesn’t send a confirmation email as such. You should get just one email from wordpress with the details of the person who filled in the form and the message.

    When I fill out the form with a personal email address, I will check the box that says “send me a copy,” and I receive the copy of the form I filled out to my personal email.

    As the admin though, I do not receive a notification to my work email that someone has filled out the form.

    Have you checked spam/junk mail folder on your client email application or directly on the server?
