  • Unfortunately I did not know what settings i must put in permalinks
I appreciate if you can guide me or any video tutorial

I’m getting an Error 500 when I try to login. I searched for a way to remove the wps hide login plugin but:
    I can’t find /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wps-hide-login
I can’t find any whl (etc) in the mysql database (multisite).

On another domain which seems to have a working wps-hide-login I can’t find the directory for the plugin either. Where is it installed?

Please help! I cannot see my plug-in menu. how can i log-in? I don’t know any code or something, not a tech savvy here.
Your immediate response is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    /login by default to connect

I cannot find it. it says page not found.

Hi i have managed to fix this issue with my website.

if you have installed the plugin and have activated it and can not gain access to your admin panel. try going to your website with all lowercase.

If you typed into the plugin:

try going accessing your admin page by going to

I didn’t think this would matter, but it did and worked this way for me.

If you still cant gain access, then connect to your website using FTP software and direct to wp-content / plugins and rename wps-hide-login folder to wps-hide-logins, for example and then you should be able to log into your admin panel by the default wordpress login

Once you are in, you can rename that folder back to wps-hide-login and go back to your plugins on the admin panel and activate it again, and you will see that what you had entered in previously is all lowercase.

    I hope this helps,
