I’m getting a wordpress error, but other site visitors aren’t

Hi everyone, I’m getting the “Error establishing a database connection” error from WordPress when I try to access my blog:

Which is weird because other people tell me they can access it just fine. I’m on Firefox, and Windows XP; my friends on both IE and Firefox can see my site just fine. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache. I have no idea what’s wrong.
