Good morning, I wrote you an email via your site’s contact page and opened a ticket in the other plugin’s support forum. Why has a new plugin appeared now?

For those who used your previous system/plugin, what should I do to get everything working?

Can you clearly explain what we need to do?
We’re having a problem; everything has been down for weeks. Thank you.

    Hello Simone,

Thanks for your message. We can see you’re already receiving support through our official channels, but I’d like to clarify your question about the new plugin.

The Event Calendar by Timely is our latest WordPress plugin, built to work seamlessly with Timely’s cloud-based platform. It replaces the older All-in-One Event Calendar (AI1EC) plugin and offers improved performance, compatibility, and ongoing support.

    Best regards,
    The Timely Team

@timelynetwork, I could be wrong but I think @simonelongato was confused by the fact that when you install the new Event Calendar plugin, the old All-in-one-Calender plugin still appears as a plugin in your list. It’s not immediately clear from the user perspective, if we are supposed to delete the old one, keep them both or ???

    Hello @aprildmoore

Thank you for the message! Yes, that could definitely be the issue — especially if the client didn’t follow the correct order of steps.

When switching to the new Event Calendar by Timely plugin, it’s important to first deactivate the All-in-One Event Calendar plugin, and then activate the new one.

You don’t need to delete the All-in-One plugin immediately — just make sure it’s deactivated to avoid conflicts. Once you’ve confirmed that the new plugin is working as expected, you can safely delete it.

Good morning @timelynetwork and thanks for your reply.

So all the previous events won’t be lost?

Good morning, I downloaded the plugin. Even though I had some doubts, I connected my credit card. I was charged $108 without approval or valid explanation.
I requested a refund, and they said yes.
In the meantime, 5 days have passed and I haven’t heard from you.

    I kindly request a refund.
    I await your response.
Thank you and have a good day. @timelynetwork
