I'm a Newbie and need a Capture Page –Help a girl out!

I’m brand spankin’ new to WP. I fell into it via trying my hand at internet referral, got involved with a hosting site and BAM! here I am with NO clue…. I’m looking for a feminine theme with a modern-business edge. I want to be able to have a landing page with a leads gatherer and still have tabs to blog and such. Possible? Realistic?? Help……
