The options are displaying correctly though. Disabling plugins is not the answer.. I would consider downgrading wordpress to 4.01 before I would disable this plugin. I am also just recently noticing my install is not sending order emails.. I am not positive but it seems like it may have also happened with the wp 4.1 update..
