# Illegal Offset Type in Plugin.php :(

 * Hi all,
 * I’ve setup a blog for the missus a few months ago, I have resolved many issues
   but so far I have not been able to resolve this particular one.
 *     ```
       Warning: Illegal offset type in /home/wywywy/public_html/carrie/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 67
       ```
   
 *     ```
       Warning: Illegal offset type in /home/wywywy/public_html/carrie/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 34
       ```
   
 * As you can see, it is similar to but not the same as the illegal offset type 
   problem other people are having/have had in cache.php. It seems to be caused 
   by the wp_filter array although I can’t see anything wrong with it.
 * I am on a hosting server with PHP 4.3.9, MySQL 4.1.2, with mod_rewrite enabled.

 * download latest version of WP.
    upload all contents of the wp-includes folder.
 * does that do the trick?
