    Hi,
I am a newbie. I have started to use the Illdy theme. My website loads on a PC in firefox, chrome and IE. It loads in Firefox on a tablet.
It will not load in Safari on the PC (the only device I have that has Safari). All progams and the theme updated today (1April ’17).
    Any tips please?

    Hi J,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Please make sure you are using latest version of safari browser.

Also please check whether the following demo site is working fine for you on safari browser?

    Hi Vinold,
thank you for the prompt reply.
Safari on my PC does not show the demo site. All I see is white space.
I am using Safari 5.1.7(7534.57.2) which was the latest I could find yesterday.

    Cheers,
    J.

The demo site should be accessible on safari because many users are using it.

Please try disabling all browser extensions or test it on different system.

    Hi,
I tried to ensure all the extensions were disabled but I got an error trying to open the page. On checking the apple website I found the following post.

There’s no available version of Safari for Windows. Probably you would find the old one in a download hosing site but it’s not too secure. Now, Apple doesn’t let us to download it for Windows.

So I think I will abandon testing with Safari on PCs.
Thanks for your fast and helpful responses,
    J.
