 * what does this mean? and why can’t i add any media or attach a file to a page?
   please help as soon as possible.

 * I had the same issue on [http://GridbeamSolutions.com](http://GridbeamSolutions.com).
   It is a known problem with the the latest updates of WordPress + the WP Database
   Backup plugin. Deactivate the plugin to fix the problem.

 * I have contacted the plugin developer about the issue. Hopefully we will have
   an error-free update from him soon. 🙂
