 * i completed all steps for installation like wp-config and installation. but when
   i try to login it show a writing permission error. i consult for this on wordpress.
   i found that i need to upload .htaccess file, i upload this file as mentioned
   at wordpress site. but after uploading this file my url shows the following error.
   I this this file does not work on IIS server which i am usings. my installation
   url is [http://www.amcy5.com/blog](http://www.amcy5.com/blog) please help me 
   how to fix this.
