IIS 7.5 FTP / IUSR Issues

    So, I’ve installed WordPress on server 02 R2 running IIS 7.5.

    Everything seems to function correctly, except that when I go to upgrade WordPress, it asks for FTP details. So I gave IUSR modify permissions for the sites folder & it seems to resolve the problem.

    However, I’m not sure whether or not I’ve opened a security issue?

    Any thoughts?
