    Hello,

The featured images is the image show with the post? If this is the case, this image depend from your theme, normally theme have their own PHP code and they can do whatever they want.

So is not ignoring the featured images, is not used because the plugin is not finding any ref at the database, you have 2 or 3 options to fix this.

Normally the featured image is always the same size, so you can add this size to the ignored size list.

If you want to find the featured image and delete the other not used, you have to make your own code, like the shortcode and gallery logic, it not that hard, you have to create posts and add the featured image, and see in the database what changed, probably you will find the id of the image used for the featured img, you have to get the image and find the match with JS (again you can see the shortcode/gallery)

I can do it, but is more for the pro version.

The 3 one is make a web crawler, this way all themes/generate code will be used for find the used/not used images. (i have this idea, but this can take more time)
