Ignored Anchors

Awesome plugin!
I’ve benn working on a wordpress site and the plugin works perfect!, just one thing:
I have post loaded by an Ajax call in my index page (Outside WordPress Loop). This posts have ANCHORS and when the page is loaded this anchors don’t work with the Advanced Ajax Page Loader. When i Click on this anchors the page reloads. 🙁
