• Hi,

We have a built a website using WooCommerce and the “Weight Based Shipping for Woocommerce” plugin, which works fine. The site is http://www.dorismichaelscosmetics.com/

Shipping prices are worked out perfectly, and at checkout these are passed through to Paypal as an extra line item.

However the customer has existing shipping rules already in their Paypal account and so Paypal is adding an extra £5 to the total cost of the order, in its specific “Postage & Packaging” field.

How do we get around this, without telling the customer to delete all the existing rules (she also uses the account for eBay too). Is there a way to send something to Paypal telling it not to use its own shipping calcs?

    Thanks,

    Chris.
