    Hi,
For free products, I just want to have the user be logged in and download the file without adding their billing info.

    Is it possible?

    Hi @habibanwari

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can try to use this “Product Visibility by User Role” module. This will allow you to set product by user role. For removing billing info you can try to use the “Checkout Core Fields” module. This will allow you to disable the Checkout core fields by product.

Let us know if you need further help from us.

    Hi, Thanks,
I have a variable product, that has two options, one is “free” and one is paid. If I select the “Free” then I will add it to the basket, and then I will go to the basket and then check out.
Is it possible to directly download when the “free” option is selected, but the user must be logged in?

But if the “Paid” option is selected from the drop-down variable menu then it’s ok to go to the basket.

    Hi,
Regarding your first reply; the “Product Visibility by User Role” applies to a product and product category, in my case I have a variable product. I want the condition to be set to its variables. The product has two variables; one is paid and one is free. When free is selected so the basket page shouldn’t appear and be a direct download. And or checkout page field should be different for the “free” variable. For free the user should have an account registered to download, but for paid the user can checkout as a guest and or can be registered.

    Kind regards
    Habib
