I switched themes today, to Studiopress’s Infinity Pro. IgniteUp worked great with the other theme; it’s still set up the same and enabled, and I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins (though there are few to begin with at this point), clearing the cache, trying a different browser, and nothing. This morning my daughter is visiting, and I asked her to go to my site (for the first time) and see if the maintenance mode page is up; it wasn’t.
Now here’s a strange twist: last evening, I’d contacted Studiopress regarding another issue, specifically to do with the theme. I received a response from one of their techs this morning (before I asked my daughter to look at the site) saying I’d need to disable my maintenance mode plugin first, because she wasn’t able to view my site!
Does this problem sound familiar to anyone? Any ideas?
