IG not working

    Hi

    This feed was working fine until just recently. I now see a warning message in the Feed Them CP saying something’s wrong…etc. I have tried everything to get the feed to show again, but now, when I try to log into IG to generate an access code etc, it’s saying I don’t have access to this page. Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

    We are aware of this issue. Our developers are working on a fix in the next update, which will be pushed either in a couple hours or at some point tomorrow. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.

    Hi @jokadesign,

    Our most recent update (2.9.2) should resolve your issue. After updating, in gaining an access token, if you get an error message, disregard and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. You can then proceed to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new shortcode.
