iframes not previewing in Internet Explorer 11

I get this error when trying to preview embedded iframe in Internet Explorer 11.

Access is denied.

jquery.min.js (4,12122)
SCRIPT5009: ‘$’ is undefined

Looks like its this code, but I don’t now where to adjust this.
