iframe plugin height issues

I am using the iframe plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/iframe/) on my site to embed a page from a subdomain on to my site.
The problem is that the page I am embedding is written in PHP, and for some reason, the source page height shows up very differently on Chrome than on Firefox, which forces me to set a static height for the iframe, which ends up looking bad on Chrome, since it’s so long.
I tried using the same_height_as=”body” option, but that didn’t work.
