 * Good Day,
    I’d just like to ask how I can fix the lightbox. It seems that after
   installing your plugin, it stopped working and it just now directs to the actual
   attachment page or media link. How can I restore it?

 * Disable all plugins (except whatever creates your lightbox), and confirm that
   the lightbox is working again. Then re-enable them one at a time until you’ve
   found the plugin causing the lightbox to stop working.
 * If it really is EWWW IO causing it, please check the javascript console in your
   browser by right-clicking on anything, going to Inspect Element, and then over
   to the console (might need to refresh the page to catch any errors).
 * Then provide those errors, along with a link to the plugin page for what you
   are using for your lightbox.

 * Hi nosilver4u,
    I disabled everything but nothing worked. I currently removed
   everything from the server, but why is your ewww folder unremovable? I’d like
   to remove it instead and how can I do it?

 * The ewww folder doesn’t do anything on it’s own, but you can delete it just fine
   with your file manager. No such thing as an unremovable folder unless your disk
   is corrupted…
    If disabling all plugins didn’t fix it, the next thing to do is
   switch to one of the default themes (like twentyfourteen) and see if that does
   it. If that doesn’t, I’m afraid I’m all out of ideas, and it definitely isn’t
   an issue with EWWW IO.
