    Hello,

    I updated the SG optimizer plugin to version 5.7.12 and I am also using Thrive Architect to build my pages. The Thrive Architect plugin is on version 2.6.4.

    When I added a video element to the page and add a video URL (Youtube or Vimeo), the preview in the Thrive Architect designer (thumbnail) is shown, but when I publish the page and visit the URL there is no video. It is white space for Youtube and a black box for Vimeo.

    Funny thing is that the videos that I added before the update of SG Optimizer and Thrive Architect (I updated both plugins at the same time, so I don’t know which one is causing the issue), are working correctly, only the pages I updated that already have videos are not working anymore and also newly created pages – after the plugins update.

    Disabling the option Lazy Load Iframes in SG Optimizer resolved the issue.

    Could you please fix the issue in the next releases?

    Thank you and best regards,
    Rene

    Hello @sstoqnov,

    Thank you for your fast reply.

    I can provide you the URL of the staging page, but it is password protected. Is it possible to share credentials with you somewhere private, I don’t want to share them publicly.

    Regards,
    Rene

    The problem was resolved with the solution you proposed. Thank you, Stoyan!

    So, what was the solution? I’m kind of having the same issue.
    Thanks!

    @saulodefaria,

    Enabling the Fix for Lazy Loading Short Codes and Disabling Lazy Load Iframes works for me.

    Regards,
    Rene
