The Custom HTML Widget is a core WordPress widget.
If you hover over the red X icon further information will be displayed. The error is hinting at something before the frameborder attribute.

You can try removing the frameborder attribute. You should be able to save then.
Hi Thanks I’ve removed the last frameborder attribute and there is no error code showing now so I have saved and all is looking good on the front end of my website
