Iframe called in WP Admin

    Why is there an iframe being called for //cdn.wpdownloadmanager.com/notice.php?wpdmvarsion=2.9.53&origin=domainname in the WordPress Admin? It is slowing down the Dashboard. At least have an option to turn it off. It it is being called even when removing it from the screen options.
