  • I decided to buy a pro version for my client. Loosing so much time by sending bugs and errors to the support team. Support responds after 3 days, sometimes shorter but they do not solve the issue. Sometimes they will send you a workaround. To me, the product is not complete with so many bugs. I feel like an unpaid beta tester. Don’t use it if you are a pro and you build websites for your clients, no one will pay u for your time and stress.

We should inform you, that all the detected restrictions will be collected and sent to our QA and developers team directly, we can confirm that those issues will be checked and included as fixes in the coming updates of the plugin as soon as possible. In addition, for detecting issues on the site, it needs to spend extra time, as a result, you had a delay in response, as you can see unexpected cases could be from different paths, for example from the server environment, from the WordPress incorrect options, and from the third-party extra plugins as well. We are always here to help and assist you, please if you feel that our product doesn’t satisfy you, we are ready to provide a refund for you, as well as we are ready to check your tickets and assist with those unexpected cases on your site

    @mgordon7 Stop reporting reviews. Just stop. This is the second day in a row you have done this and you are doing it wrong.

    You use the WordPress plugin page as free advertisement. You reap the benefit of that free advertisement to promote your pro and paid versions. When someone comes to the reviews and leaves feedback about that experience then that is fine.

    You cannot and must not support the pro, paid or any customers on this site. That is not permitted.

    Users who come to leave reviews about their commercial experience is 100% valid and allowes.

    If this is going to be a problem for you then ask @stylemix to contact the plugins team to close and remove the plugins from the WordPress repo. That will prevent any new reviews from being left on the plugin. It will not remove the old reviews.

    Do not report any more reviews again.
